About pTracker, LLC
pTracker is a provider of applications for mobile devices.We are creating a series of apps, each a News Discovery Tool focused on a specific topic. Fundamentally, these apps give individual users access to next-generation, enterprise-class news search technology, previously only affordable to corporations and government agencies.
We aim to lessen the burdens caused by information overload, which results from the extraordinary abundance of data added to the global knowledge base every day. A consequence of this barrage is that important bits of news can be easily overlooked.
We offer a way for professionals, who are either spending too much time refining searches and combing through results, or going about their business with insufficient information, to quickly zoom into the news that matters to them in particular. Then by employing the app's unique cross-searching capabilities, we can reveal previously unknown relationships between these topics of interest. This allows knowledge-dependent, time-starved influencers to be more effective, by discovering what they need to know, before they knew to look for it.
